Return Policy
Please contact us before returning any items.
Warranty Issues
Warranty for the products we sell are with the manufacturer. The manufacturer should be contacted after you contact us. Most manufacturers have a repair or replacement policy within 90 days of the purchase. You will need to send the product directly to the manufacturer with a copy of your receipt. If you do not have a copy of your receipt, we will email a copy to you.
Shipping Damage
If damage occurs in shipping and you did not purchase insurance we cannot replace the item. If you would like to purchase insurance, please send us an email after your order is placed. We can charge you the additional amount. If you have paid for insurance and your package is damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the USPS or your countries postal service.
